YES. We can host you again!

01Sep 22

Konnichiwa yall, it has been a while!

As you probably heard, tourists could not enter japan for the past two and half years. We missed you guys deeply.

But finally things are changing and we are seeing the end of the tunnel!

We are STOCKED to announce that we are able to HOST you again from this season 22-23!

Price from 1200USD per person for 7 nights with breakfast, 6 days Hakuba Valley skipass, bus transfer from airport to Kodama and back. 1350USD if you take the YES. Snowboard package to travel without your boardbag (see the other news below…)

The current situation is that for now only trips organized trough an accredited travel japanese agent can provide you a tourist Visa to enter Japan. Don’t freak out, it’s simple and pretty straight forward, you’ll be free to ride by yourself and travel like before.

Your accomodation and flight will need to be booked trough that agent we are working with. To make it even easier, bus transfer from the airport as well as your ski pass can be booked trough them too.

This is the only possibility for now, if you wanna come and stay at Kodama this year and ride our amazing playground! And guess what??

It will be another La NINA season! YES. insane, third one in a row, and for Japan it means : LOTS OF SNOW ahead!!

If you have a real interest to come in Japan and stay with us, don’t wait any longer and write us an email with your dates, number of people etc…

Make sure to commit quickly as the process involve some time and paperwork from us and our partner travel agent. The demand is high and the available spots limited.

For this winter, airplane tickets from Europe, Canada and US seems to be back at 2019 levels. Tell us your Departure airport and dates, if you wish direct flights only or are ok with a stop over. Our agent will get back to you with a flight proposition and a quote. Or you can check online what flight you want to be on and tell us flight number and dates.

After planning this with us, our official travel agent will get back to you with a quote. There will then be a 20% non-refundable deposit on your booking + the full airfare to be paid. You then need to make an appointment with the Japanese embassy or consulate in your country to get your Visa after the final payment (45days before check-in).

Entry conditions in Japan : From the 7th of september 2022

– If not vaccinated or 2 shots, only a negative PCR 72h before your flight is needed, no quarantine or restrictions. Triple vaccinated = No PCR needed.

– An insurance that will cover any cost for Covid treatment in Japan.

– Download and install on your phone the MySOS app.

– You will have to be the last 14 days before departure in a country that is on the blue list.

Most of them are, Europe, US, Canada… https://www.mhlw.go.jp/stf/covid-19/border_category.html

There is a limit on the number of people that can enter Japan, so make sure you are one of the lucky ones…
